We do advise on our website that the drivers will make delivery to the door of the building only, so I am sorry we were not able to deliver to your flat door. “I'm very pleased with the bed and how quickly it arrived. Although when putting it together there is a slat missing and although I have called and left message 5 days ago no one is coming back to me all you get us the answer phone”

“I found the website unintuitive and struggled to make the purchase. In trying to complete the transaction, response to an email enquiry took over 24 hours to get an answer which was not helpful anyway. Received an acknowledgement of order which said delivery information would come soon. After a phone call on 3rd day after, finally got some information about the delivery which was the full 5 days after purchase. The delivery driver was actually very helpful and certainly the best part of the experience. The bed itself is a nice bed but the spanner supplied to do the assembly was so thin and flimsy it was difficult to hold and kept slipping off the nuts. All in all not an experience I want to repeat.”

“Wow what can I say other than Absolutely Amazing mattress. Great thickness of the mattress. Lovely memory foam over sprung coil, Nice and firm so good for my back and pressure points. That is why I bought this mattress . Been sleeping in it nearly 2 weeks and have had Great sleeps. Absolutely Delighted with it.. Thankyou Crazy Price Beds. Delivery guy was great too.”

“From placing my order to taking delivery the service was fantastic. I am really happy with the bed, lovely soft material, solid structure, higher then expected which I am pleased about (as I suffer with my back so getting in and out of lower beds can be difficult) and easy to assemble.”

“Arrived on time, kudos to the driver Gary who was driving all over UK. Bed was easily assembled but 2 of the divider for the slats were misplaced leaving gaps that were too small, requiring some sandpaper work. But so far, liking the bed frame.”
