“This is the second time I have ordered from Crazy Price Beds and they didn’t disappoint. Both beds easy to put together. Good quality for reasonable prices and look good too.”

“Had a problem with a component of 1 out of three beds. Contacted the retailers immediately but have not got any response. As u have three children it would have been difficult to return 1of 3 beds so had to find a DIY fix. Otherwise the beds themselves are good quality. Need to improve on the customer support front.”

“Haven't assembled yet as not moved in to my home. But brilliant price. Have removed box to be able to store in my current house and all looks in order and nice quality.”

“Unfortunately, the bed that we ordered turned out to be out of stock even though we had a delivery confirmation. These things happen. What happened next was the bad part. We selected another bed which ended up being cheaper. We were misinformed about the delivery date and had to repeatedly chase to find out what was going on. Then after the bed was delivered, we had to chase for the refund of the difference in purchase price. CPB said we were only entitled to a partial refund. So then we had to fight to get the correct refunded amount. Just dragged out what should have been a very quick and easy process, with misinformation on a regular basis from CPB.”

“We recently purchased a pocket sprung double mattress with memory foam topper. The ordering was simple and the communication was excellent. The mattress was delivered extremely quickly, again delivery communication was very good.”
