“Really easy to order and very pleased with the bed, it was delivered within 7days of ordering. However, trying to contact customer services is nigh on impossible. Crazy Price Beds are the most invisible online company I have ever purchased from. Delivery times and dates are really difficult when you work full time. Trying to speak with someone was impossible, phone lines are never answered no matter what time of day you call, you have to hope that any messages/emails that you send get a response.”

However, I am sorry that you had such issues getting in touch with us, we do have a selection of ways to contact us, either by phone, email or social media - but I sincerely apologise that you were unable to get the help you needed in a timely manner. We do work to reach our customers as quickly as we can, but I do appreciate that this can be of little consolation if you are trying to organise work schedules etc. Please be assured we take on board all feedback given and strive to deliver the highest standard of service possible. “We had a wee bit of an error with delivery date, but everyone I spoke to over the phone were very helpful and apologetic, apart from this mishap everything else was fine, the delivery men were very pleasant and on time with the delivery and we love the bed very sturdy and comfortable thank you”

“The bed is great - fittings were not as easy as they could be, guess that’s why the bed is so reasonably priced as the frame quality is smashing! Still, took less than 30 mins to assemble. The delivery driver was a shining sunbeam of joy! Full of happy chatter and smiles!”

“The bed is lovely and comfortable but did not realise they were flat pack i managed to put it together seeing that i am 80 thankyou .”

“Lovely bed worth the money and easy to put together. Only complaint is the delivery they dump it on you as I live in a flat with a lift it was hard to move a box with out the others getting pinched.”
