I never received backpack, tracking information still says it's damaged somewhere in the northeast, and the company has been 100% nonresponsive to email, which is the only means of making contact that they provide. I was very excited about this purchase, now I'm just angry and out ~$100.

About the time you had your issue, despite the company growing fast, because of the weirdness in the markets, it became impossible to get inventory financing. We had to lay off just about 100% of our team in order to keep the company alive. Horrible experience with this company's products and customer service. I was so excited about the descriptions of the backpack and the company, so I expected to love my new bag. Unfortunately, the quality was not as I expected. The bag was incredibly uncomfortable to wear, the fabric came scuffed, and some threads were loose. I returned my bag and pouch only to be ghosted by the company. Despite proof of my return, an email to their customer support, and a DM to their social media, I've received no response and no refund. I cannot warn people about this brand enough!

Customer service with Day Owl is HORRIBLE. I ordered a slim backpack but it turned out to be too small to fit my work supplies in. I have emailed them multiple times to ask if can exchange it for a larger size, and have not heard back from ANYONE. They also advertise that they have a live chat available, but I haven’t been able to utilize that feature at all. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this company, and will not be ordering anything from them again.

I love my small backpack! It’s absolutely perfect with just the right fit, number of pockets, comfortable straps, sturdy zippers…all of the features are great! The color is exactly what I was expecting. It’s sturdy but not bulky. Light weight. The convenient insulated pocket for my water bottle is a fabulous addition. Day Owl is a company that I can easily believe in and spread the word. Thank you!

I’m loving this bag and cord pouch so far! I’m using it as my daily bag for the office and it’s wonderful. Has plenty of space while not being too big and a great number of compartments. Fits my shoulders well. I’m glad this popped up in a recommended suggestion as I had not heard of the brand before. Recommend this to others!

I love my backpack so far! I recently started a new job and switched from a shoulder bag to a backpack and it was one of the best decisions I made! I carry two laptops with me and I can barely feel them. I love all the pockets. One of the main reasons I bought this bag was because of the water bottle pocket that zippered up; I love that I have that separate compartment but it stays secure and I don't have to worry about it falling out for some reason. I love the mission of the company and I couldn't recommend this backpack enough!
