“Place an order around March 25th. I returned the items within a few days of receiving. I still have not received my refund. I have left multiple voicemal messages and sent multiple emails. Still no respose back from anybody. Its been over 2 months which is absolutely ridiculous. I left a review here two weeks ago and will continue to provide an update until my refund is made.”

“I bought Apple (2nd Gen) Airpods which were faulty on arrival, I called their contact number 7 times leaving multiple messages on what I should do, each time resulting in no response. I found their return process and sent the Airpods via tracked delivery in May which was signed by a Mr Blunt the following day (28/05/22), it's been more than 30 days (Today - 06/07/22) and still no contact for either a replacement or a refund (not even an acknowledgement of receiving the item).
I paid via Laybuy in instalments and contacted them regarding this ordeal. It's been a nightmare since the beginning (arrived late but took the payment without delay).
I would not recommend buying anything from this website, they have incredibly terrible communication and an even worse response rate.”
