“An order was placed on the 25th July for a set of headphones. The order was acknowledged as a success and I was to await an email to say the item had being dispatched. The dispatch notice never came and the headphones have not been delivered to this day. It is impossible to contact this company because they do not reply to emails and when you phone it is an answer machine to leave messages on which the company does not respond to. There is no customer service given by this company. The company has taken the money from my account but I don’t have any headphones. Very disappointed and upset. I chose this company because of the 5 star reviews and a recommendation from an associate. I would like my money to be refunded.”

“This is a great speaker. It was purchased for my husband who wears hearing aids. He loves it. The whole family loves it. We have taken it to the beach without fearing damaging it. Have only needed to charge a couple of times since Christmas. We love sharing music with the family and what a great way to do it then huddling around someone`s phone. It has been great listening to podcasts when I am busy with my hands in the yard. My daughter used it for parties with friends around the fire pit. We highly recommend this speaker. I would also say it is very easy to use. Even the less tech savvy person could use. If you can find you Bluetooth on your device you can connect it.”

“This worked great for awhile. It did not last long enough for the money. Before it leaned in the trash when it was starting to not br sharp enough to open cans it was getting fine shaving of metal into the food in the can. I liked the concept of cutting around the outer edge though.”
