Just completely ignoring me. my daughter was so upset as we were expecting a costume for world book day at school. “ordered a package , dpd sent email to say it was to be delivered the following day, following day arrives ,tracking says I agreed a time for it to be delivered, I didn't, called them and the answer I got from the lady on the phone was "sure wont you get it tomorrow, guess what!!you got it, I didn't get it tomorrow and am still waiting. this company are incompetent and really don't want to be dealing with the general public. I think they forget that with out people ordering things for delivery they would not have a business. An post from now on me thinks, at least i know what type of service ill get.”
“Package was delivered on a different day than the one I had been told. No contact whatsoever made to inform me . Left at a neighbouring house 3 doors away. When the package didnt artive I went in to tracking and saw a msg telling me this ....but delivery address of the house was not given...so ended up running around in the rain knocking on doors either side of my house trying to find " the neighbour" . Eventually rang DPD in Athlone, then the Dublin depot .Spoke to a girl who gave me the address of the house where the package was delivered. When I asked why the driver didn't mark down the address in the information to me she said " it s on the notes he supplied to us " !.... so if they are informed at the DPD office where the package is delivered that's all that matters, no need to give that information to the customer !!”
“Terrible service
Sent two items and they lost them for 6 days .
The courier had signed for them saying they was delivered at 10.42 at night !!
Called them and said there was nothing they could do .
Then they have charged me an overweight charge 3 weeks later even though the parcels was declared slightly under on the fill out section.

“Delivered at the time it said it would be delivered. Was very quick delivering the parcel. We always have have same delivery driver and he's great. Sometimes he can deliver the parcels well before the time.”
“Worst experience of postage I ever had. Do not use them. They don’t answer you via email, they are rude on the phone. They all pass the msg on with no resolution. I was only sending a small package up the country and took over two weeks to arrive do not use them. Useless and to ask for a refund you have to go thru a third party. Will never use them again”
“Useless company. Absolute waste of time talking to customer service when a parcel is inevitably lost. Several parcels not delivered and each time I phone I'm told they'll look into it and call back. They NEVER call back. The delivery drivers just don't care. They're utterly useless. Nothing positive to say about these idiots. Hopefully they'll be put out of business SOON!!”
“Used to be really good. The driver through covid and after, John, always came to the door, and knocked and made sure we were there. If not, he left it in the other old car. On some occasions this year it has gone very wrong. I was asked one time to meet another driver in town, 8 miles away. My car was off the road and anyway, I pay for delivery to my home. A neighbour was asked if she was in another town when her delivery was due, that town is 50kms away. Last week a driver left our delivery outside the gate. It wasn't expected so soon and he sent no message to say it was coming, and no beep or text when he got here. Just dumped. Luckily we saw him drive off. It was a delivery of wholefoods from an eco friendly company so packaging was cardboard and paper and shortly after we brought it in, it rained. Thank goodness we were there. They have said they'll follow it up with the driver. Whether anything changes remains to be seen....”
“Delivery left out at front wall of house. Anybody could have taken it. Dreadful service all the time. Parcels just left at front door. Very ignorant drivers. Don’t use DPD”
“Couldn't go into detail as so many orders have been wrong in multiple ways. Long story short, never delivered within the time it says on the text message, packages always being held up in depot for literally no reason, multiple times was "failed delivery" even though we were there waiting for it all day, they never ring if they have an issue with delivery they just don't bother. Literally tralee depot never ever answers their phone, never replies to emails and are just on a whole new level of completely useless. The only thing they are consistent with is being the worst service out there.”
“Pity there isn't an option for zero stars. Uncourteous, unprofessional, unhelpful & downright rude. Parcels continously being left at incorrect address even though eircode and detailed address sent prior to delivery. Parcels dumped outside random addresses. Driver argued it had been left at correct address & even provided a photo of incorrect address. Incompetent”
“My advice is: Use another courier company. One that you can make contact with in the event of a query. Their phone numbers are unavailable, web chat, after filling in all my details, tells me ‘something went wrong’ I’ve wasted so much time with this company on numerous deliveries an have reached the final frontier…. Or perhaps my parcel has .. as it still hasn’t arrived.”
“Terrible company who lie and deliberately do not deliver your package on time. I hear they have a scam to get you to pay for next day delivery when their drivers fail to ring you as well. I spoke to Tesco about my delivery and will be personally sending all evidence to their head office in the UK. Hopefully they will get rid of them. Item still not delivered by the way. When it does arrive the contract is cancelled anyway and they will have to take it back. Liars and scammers. Stay well clear.Please boycott companies who use them.”

in that package I have important documents,but they don’t care, and no body refund money back! And that was Couries fault

Waste of time and money.
They said my parcel was picked up by their driver that he delivered it to a wrong address days ago and it is out for delivery today. After multiple phone calls (as i knew i will end up having no delivery today) the office person was just mumbling in the phone for me at 5:15 pm that his driver called Ger doesn’t answer for his phone, but he will be with me in any minute. Off course there was no sign of the driver all day, no sorry, just excuses and pointing finger for others. Lack of professionalism. These people should be fired or locked up of scamming their customers.”
