“Must be the worst courier company, boxes always, always coming damaged, very often products inside also. When refused to receive the parcel courier made a note " no one home" and they delivered damaged item again next day. Customer service very rude, not helpful and doesn't care about it. Avoid if you can !!!”
“This year 2924 worst service ever. One parcel had 3 different tracking numbers. Parcels delivered to different counties. Parcels return to depots in counties far far way and no delivery attempt. Parcels Supose to be delivered together arrive separately during the day and evening in unmarked vans from different depots. Parcels tossed over the gate to land on damp grass. Not only that can take up to 3 months before they find the missing parcels they have lost. Most of the drivers are victims of bad conditions. Generally the drivers are polite and victims of rubbish employers.
On top of that useless robotic help 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣that cannot understand any language. Incompetence by management is the polite word to describe how not to run a business. The rating should be zero.”
“If I could give negative stars I would take that one and a half star rating away and shove it where the sun doesn't shine. Absolutely appalling service, both the main company directors and the drivers, countless times iv had to pick up my own parcels due to their laziness and lack of common sense. Pull up outside your house, turn around and leave, 5 mins later get an email saying failed delivery, drove after them and finally got the driver for them to say they couldn't find the parcel, opened up the van and there was three boxes, THREE, in the back, and they couldn't find it. I would STRONGLY advise people to stay well clear of this company and have nothing to do with them, absolute joke of a business.”

“Delivered parcel to wrong address, had to recover it myself, dpd did not offer any refund. Next week another delivery gets missed, supposed to be delivered the next day but driver screws up, gets held at the depot, can’t do a thing about it until Monday. Have to get it myself again.”
“It gets worse and worse with this bunch! I moved from Edinburgh and DPD were fantastic so what’s different in Ireland. Firstly when you ask to change delivery day they ignore you and deliver on the original date, this has happened twice. Secondly I then one parcel was en route to Castlereagh for 4 days ! And finally the old “we tried to deliver nonsense” no you didn’t I didn’t get the text to say it was out for delivery as normal and I was home. When the standard 5:30pm we tried to deliver text comes through it tells you to put the calling card number in - of course there was no calling card because you didn’t call. Your customer service isn’t online at the weekend 😂 give up on DPD Ireland you can’t do it !”
“The customer service is terrible. I can’t arrange pick up from my location, so I decided to go to their spot. They told me they work, the next day they told me the other thing - they could not send my parcel, even though I booked an order! What the hell is that?”
