“Shopping products online, purchasing and basic set up was super easy! I used all over rome and it worked great. Only hiccup was enabling it once I arrived in Rome, I was catching a train, so I was trying to enable it in an area where I wasn't on wifi, which created a problem activating it. So be sure to activate when you have access to airport wifi, etc. First time user, so I would def use again and know better!”

If you need an eSIM for someone else or another device, all you need to do is register a different account using a different email address. I have checked our support platform and I cannot see any help requests from you which is a shame. It's really easy to ask for help - just sign in to your account and tap 'Help'.
