“Kevin came out to do an annual maintenance inspection of our Koehler generator. His knowledge and expertise was fantastic. He answered all of our questions and gave us confidence in the service of our generator. Great job, Kevin!! And thank you. Also, working with Van on the billing end was easy and convenient. “When I first called with a clogged toilet (that we had plunged and snaked already) I was told that the problem usually is a full septic system, and they didn't do that. So I did call a local septic guy, who came right out and confirmed that the septic wasn't the problem. I called E. F. Winslow back, updated them, and they sent someone out the next day; problem solved. Thanks.”

“EF Winslow has been to our place, 3 Tanglewood Drive in West Yarmouth, a number of times. I have always been happy with the people on the phone, the workers who have come, and with the work done. Additionally, I usually ask workers how they like their company. EF Winslow people have ALL answered that they liked working for your company. That says A LOT about EF Winslow. Thank you!”

“The technician Mark was excellent. He explained the issue and what was needed to fix it. After getting the part he repaired the furnace and cleaned it up after he was done. I was very pleased with the service.”

“Communication is the key for any successful service call. The service tech, Jake came in a timely basis and immediately determined what the issue was. He explained what needed to be done and completed the task at hand. My experience with Winslow over the years has been and remains, that the polite and courteous manner their field staff maintains provides reassurance that what needs to e done, is done so as a customer it is one less thing I need to worry about. From a personal standpoint, that is necessary. The office staff also communicates which is necessary and consistent with what's required, that the service needed is provided.”
