“Though there were some issues around doors, what set a great organisation apart from 'the rest' is the determination by staff members to fix issues, in my case getting replacements out asap - and then better still following up to check everything arrived and was in order. I would particularly like to thank Kelsey for her fabulous customer service! I am sure I will be back and have already sent recommendations to two colleagues who are considering log buildings. I checked all the parts, unfortunately 1 corner piece was broken, I got in touch with Elbec with the part number, too my surprise it was replaced in a matter of days, great service. Palram shed is up, very pleased. Would recommend and use again.”
“Ok so after reading several not so great reviews I did not know what to expect. After ordering the bar at the end of April the delivery date was 7 weeks later. I emailed near the delivery date to confirm delivery date still ok, received an email back the next day to say yes all ok. Bar delivered and you are sent a helpful tracking link so you get an idea of delivery time. Bar is great very pleased value for money. We were short of the roof felt, I sent an email and extra felt was delivered by fedex in a few days. Great customer service, always replied to my emails so I would recommend based on the service I received.( You have replied with saying sorry but the bar was not delayed it was on time and delivered on the expected date) maybe you replied to the wrong message? I was extremely happy with the service many thanks”

“We ordered a potting shed to be delivered to the Northeast of Scotland during lockdown. The driver was very nice and helpful and the components were all as we had expected. This is a flat pack product and tbh the quality was slightly better than we had hoped for. The design and ease of fitting are where we found the real value of this shed. As we finished we realised we didn’t have enough felt. I emailed elbec who did a super job chasing up shire to get them to drop off another. Thanks elbec and shire. ��”
