“2 x sheds (T&G) 1 x log cabin (44mm logs) After placing the order I read a few negative reviews. I should not have worried Elbec provided really useful guidance when placing my order. I received a telephone call confirming date of delivery and orders were delivered on the requisite date. The transport used for the delivery were very helpful, one small pane of glass broken but overall no issues (Elbec stated they would replace same but I decided not to take up this offer). Quality; for what I paid very happy, definitely value for money - In the past this has been seriously lacking from other suppliers and I suppose the biggest credit I can give them is to recommend them to others.”
“The website is easy to navigate and generally quite clear. The photo-shopped images of each product on a generic garden background are a little off-putting and not entirely useful, but it's not a big deal. The shed I chose was a great price and arrived on the day it was supposed to with a helpful delivery driver. The shed itself is good quality even if the photocopied instructions which I received were a little mixed up and therefore hard to follow. Why wasn't there a proper instruction manual? My issue with the shed is that it's taking water up from the bottom, even though it's on a solid base, so several of the joints in the corners are constantly damp. The shed roof and windows are waterproof, so it's not really a big deal. The reason I am a bit annoyed is that I contacted Elbec directly twice via their website and once on the phone and every time they ignored me completely. No acknowledgement, no call back, no explanation. Maybe the shed is fine, who knows, but they don't get in touch so if I had a bigger issue I wouldn't expect any help from them. Therefore, I would think twice about ordering from them again.”

“Basic raised bed kit was just what we wanted, inexpensive, no frills and easy to put together. I don't think I could have purchased the materials for this cost. They were delivered promptly and overall service was very good.”
“At first I thought this shed looked very flimsy and would not last but once built (I got a Professional to do it) I was really pleased. It's smaller than I thought but I am really pleased with it. I would advise it be fastened down as it is very light. I have had no problems apart from the lock bit is very small so can't put a big padlock on.”
“We eventually built the log cabin and it looks very nice. Needs 2 to assemble and not a job for the inexperienced. Customer Services at Elbec were very helpful indeed. It would help if the log cabin packers would pack similar logs together in lots, so that the delivery could be easily checked - we had a big pile and didn't have the energy to sort them out into same types for checking.”
“A great shed but why does they have to be a but on anything well I will tell you it came as told the driver was great and helpful loads of parts not a problem then take a look at the drawing not clever it was a good job there was two of us and one was a joiner my self a engineer it needs to be a simpler way to put it together but overall a great buy and a great shed and a very good company to deal with”

“Some of the shed pieces did not fit properly and so had to be handsawn. Also the instructions were diabolical. Explaining which way round doors should go would have been far more helpful. Pre-assembly instructions should have been labelled Step 1. Door lock was faulty”

It has been painted cream outside and green inside and looks good. I was so pleased with the delivery, quality and ease of erection that I also bought a little sentry box shed to keep my tools in. It was very easy to order and pay for both of them online, and I was notified when they would be arriving.”
