“Received order the day after placing it however it did cost £6 for 3 spot lights with no option for a longer/cheaper delivery cost- Seems a bit excessive but everyone was charging similar so was forced into a corner with that.”
“Happy with one of the items I ordered but the other item LED candle light bulbs were different to the image on the website. I was after small edison screw fitting which was depicted but when opening the delivery I received large bayonet fitting. Checking my order BC was in the ref code. So buyer beware of the image and description as in this case they don't match.”

I ordered two VERY large and heavy batteries on line.
When they came, I found that they had a bit of bubble wrap around them and were sent in a plastic bag. The bag had more or less disintegrated. How they got to me in one piece is a miracle. It seems luck was on my side as they were undamaged!!!!
I would suggest in future that you use a more robust system of packaging, or your review score will plummet.”

“Unfortunately I ordered electrical items to complete a job, I was gautanteed that the items would arrive in time. Unfortunately they didn't and it cost me the job. They used Parcelforce who failed to deliver the goods. I eventually got my money back but no compensation for my Los of earnings. I have since used another company and the goods were delivered on time as they used DPD. Due to the fact I got no compensation I would not use the company again.”
