We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the lack of updates from the delivery company. We understand how important it is for you to receive your supplements in a timely manner. After a further investigation into what happened here, we can see as your order was going to Ireland, this order was held due to additional custom charges which were required to be paid by the border so your parcel could be released, we disclose these additional charges, which we have no control over on our Policy page for your disclosure.
To address your concerns and provide you with a better experience, we are looking into ways to avoid these charges in the near future if we can, however currently they are unavoidable for orders going to Ireland, since we left the EU during Brexit.
