“This is not my first purchase nor will it be my last. For this order I purchased several seasonings and unflavored chunks. While I'm not vegetarian I really like the protein products either straight or as an extender for meat. All types have good texture and don't go soggy in soups. As to the seasonings; I haven't gotten one I don't like yet. The ham is fantastic for vegetarian bean soup. Italian sausage goes well in ground turkey (1tsp per #) as well as crumbles. The old stand by beef and chicken are better than Knorr.”

They had the holiday ham log which I use to buy at whole foods until they stopped. It actually taste like ribs when you put bbq sauce on it. I also love Dandi Marshmellows. “I love the chickpea omelets I have made since receiving Bob's Red Mill Chickpea Flour. I season the sauteed vegetables and add Not Chick'n bullion to make a broth that I pour into the Chickpea Flour and mix to make a batter. I add coconut oil to the skillet and pour the batter in to make a very tasty chickpea omelet that taste fantastic!!!”
