“Thanks for the wild mushrooms, ceps and king oysters! BUT... Unfortunately half of them went to waste, full with worms and holes 😞😞😞. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures! Quality control should be improved! This are expensive mushrooms at the end of the day!”

Oh dear we are so sorry to read this. Our quality control is very high in regards to our Porcini mushrooms which being a natural product are prone to having worms. Because of this we tend to loose 1/4 of our stock during our quality control checks, and we slice each Porcini in half to get a better insight into the quality. It is a shame you didn't reach out to us and send us photographs so we could have shown this to show our fulfilment team who work extremely hard to ensure that this does not happen. We'd love to know if this happens in the future to any of our customers so that we can rectify it and compensate accordingly.

“The quality of the food is excellent, as advertised, never in question. Full marks and the gold star on this one! To an "old timer" like me, the website, notably the ordering process, could be simplified and made easier to use. Colleagues at Fine Food continue to answer queries and put right any problems arising speedily, politely yet in a friendly manner. Possibly some thought on tweaking the ordering process would not go amiss”

“Outstanding service. We wanted pink rose petals for our daughter’s wedding cake but they only had red, so the customer service guy went out of his way to obtain pink even though it was a tiny order. Delivered on time, excellent quality. 10/10.”

“I purchased a mix of fresh porcini, a block of Bluefin sashimi grade tuna and a brace of grouse. What a gourmet weekend we just had! All were top quality and fresh products, delivered on time and exceedingly well packaged in a chill box. Excellent service and delicious food.”

“I got exactly what I wanted, after enjoying searching the vast range of food on offer at the website. It was delivered speedily as promised and in excellent condition. The price was very competitive. As the food was for Christmas consumption it has not been sampled , but past experience makes me confident that it will be a highlight of the festivities.”
