“My order came on time. Was packed very safely. The duck liver is brilliant. My family was very happy. The duck liver is very soft, very tasty. I'm sure that I will order again.”

“A little pricey in general. I had a few item that weren’t good. Customer service were responsive the first time I contacted them, but they didn’t respond to my 2nd and 3rd emails.”

Dear Hayley, We refunded you all the items in your order which you complained about and which you supplied us with photographs. We are sorry that we didn't make it clear enough on our website that the micro-herbs would only last 2-3 days and not 8 days and that parsnips weren't at their best after 8 days . Unfortunately as the figs looked perfect and you mentioned that they did, however, when you tried them you found that they were not to your liking, we simply can't refund on this basis. If they were rotten or damaged upon arrival then of course we would have refunded you. We are sorry that this was not the outcome you desired. All the best, Fine Food Specialist

“I ordered some caviar for Christmas. It arrived in good time and the delivery was reliable. We ate it on Christmas Day but it was disappointing and not very tasty. I’m afraid we won’t bother next year.”

“The customer service was excellent. I wasn't exactly sure what cut of meat to go for as I am new to wagyu. Tom at Fine Foods was most helpful and suggested the wagyu ribeye as I'm not into chunky meat, this was a thinner cut and boy was is PERFECT, so succulent and utterly delcious. Everything from information, ordering online and delivery was 10/10. I would highly reccomend Fine Food Specialist.”

“Excellent stock - texture and flavour very good. Question! We have previously purchased veal stock over many years from a Swiss Chef. His stock came in a Powder Form. Unfortunately he has retired and moved to pastures green. Do have in your "Pantry", a veal stock equel to the quality and flavour of the Jelly stock recently received as per below. Looking forward to your reply. Sincerely Edward Hotham”
