“Meat turned up thawed out what should we do with it ?”

We're so sorry to hear that your thinly sliced Korean BBQ pork arrived de-thawed. We do package our frozen products with lots of dry ice and ice packs, however due to the current heatwave we've been experiencing we have found that some of the thinly sliced frozen items have been de-thawing in transit. Usually they are still very cold to touch so customers have been happy to consume it within 3 days. With the current hot weather in mind we have increased our dry ice and ice packs to ensure frozen products arrive in expected condition. We will be reaching out to you to come to a solution.

“I have always found FFS to be very good in terms of delivery, quality and customer service. On two occasions when what I ordered was not available, the replacement was of an even higher quality. The Morels I ordered this time were superb and needed very little cleaning. If you are looking for something a little specia, FFS is the place to go.”

“I ordered crab legs as a gift for a family member in the UK; my order was quickly acknowledged and shipment & tracking info was provided 2 days later.
