We're so sorry to read your review on the viola edible flowers. Although these are highly perishable items we do try our best to package them with ice packs and dry ice so they will survive their transit. Unfortunately due to the hot weather we're finding that they're not surviving as well as they usually do. We have fed this back to our fulfilment team who have taken this onboard for future deliveries. We will of course refund you for this item and deeply apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

“On this occasion the products I order were of poor quality. The very expensive edible flowers were dead, or wiltered so I was unable to use them.”

Oh no, this is definitely not what we aspire for at Fine Food Specialist. We are so sorry to read your review of the edible flowers. We have reached out to you to compensate you accordingly. We have also fed this back to our fulfilment team. Our edible flowers are highly perishable and although they are packaged with dry ice and ice packs it does appear that more needs to be done. We have reached out to you to offer you a full refund on the apple blossom flowers.

“I was very happy with the product and extremely happy with the service. When they knew they would not be able to fulfil my order rather than just sending an email, they called me to make sure they could speak with me and offer alternatives. I will definitely use Fine Food Specialists Ltd again”

“Very tasty lobster tails but no indication of how to cook them or for how long in spite of having requested that in an email. Had to look that up in cookery books and online, weigh them etc which was inconvenient”

We are so happy to hear that the lobster tails were very tasty. Tom from our customer services emailed you on 27th June asking you how you wanted to cook them but never hear back. With this product there are a multitude of ways that you can cook and eat it, for example carpaccio, pan-fried, grill, BBQ, steam to name a few. “This company are efficient in providing excellent food. I highly recommend them. I had 1kg of San Marzano Italian tomatoes. They came packed extremely well so as not to get damaged and had cold packs to ensure keeping fresh. The best bit is to eat them....they are tomatoes delicious!! They can also be used for so many recipes...TRY THEM!”
