This company is just dreadful. They shipped the wrong open flame burner to my plumber in NJ (we live in Hawaii). The plumber installed the part. Ms. Shala said "Joseph, Thank you for sending your invoice. I have forwarded it to my manager, Judy, for review and resolution." This occured in January 2024. Judy has not responded and hides behind others. I had to pay 106.67 due to their inability to send the correct burner part. They requested the invoice and I sent the invoice 92088. Beware they are less than truthful with the customer and could care less about customer service. They are not even worth one star, but that was the lowest rating I could give them.”
“I placed an order (#30187) on 6/30. The doors associated with the order were received within the time that was promised, but the rod and mesh screen set associated with the order was never received. I placed a call to customer service and was told that the issue would be resolved. I still have not received any indication on when the rod and mesh screen set that I ordered will be arriving. Please call back to resolve the missing items. I just left my contact information over voice mail with customer service.”
After reviewing the order, we found out the mesh and rod became separated from your door shipment. The package is in the mail and on its way right now (9/30)! Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we apologize for the delay and inconvenience!
Hi Danny, we apologize for the delay in shipping. Covid-19 has created many delays in the shipping industry and we have been doing everything we can to get the products to our customers on time! We appreciate the feedback.
“Ordered a very nice expensive fireplace door and that was the only good experience I had with FDO.
Shipping was 4 weeks later than the original 3-4 weeks. After multiple emails and phone calls I was told one thing and nothing happened call again told another story.
Then they blamed the delays on Covid. After all the delays they refused to ship overnight.
