This culminated in all three of the radiators again failing this winter. I am pleased to say that since contacting them (several times as each one failed) I found out they have been taken over by Fischer Future Heat who have recognised the heaters were poorly manufactured and have replaced all three with new wireless models and although it is only a few weeks since replacement they are proving much easier to adjust the heating controls as we want and are working well.”

Radiators are so easy to programme and efficient and the water system as far as we are concerned is brilliant. No great big tank, instant hot water plus it has improved our hot water pressure to a constant flow instead of the trickle we had before. “The contractors arrived on time, used sheets to cover the floor, worked very neatly tidying up as they went along and answered any questions which were bothering us. The job was completed within 3.5 hours. The end result was just as we had been told by the representative and contractors, we are very, very pleased we had this job done going from one large hot water tank and another cold tank which took up so much room to just a small unit in the corner. The contractors checked everything before they left and explained the workings of the water heater. Very very pleased customer and wouldn?t hesitate to recommend to others.”
“I have had Fischer heating since 2019 and I have been more than happy but I had a problem with the boiler I spoke to the technical department Danny Brewin and he was very helpful sent me an email with details but I live on my own so I saw a kindly neighbour who helped me and solved the problem but Danny Brewin phoned the next day to check the situation but it was all sorted but he was more than willing to send an engineer out to me but it was all good, but thank you for the service I received it was appreciated.”
“The installation of the water heater all went great though I had to wait over 3 months for an available date. However, I was mislead by the sales guy who said this would save on my costs and also would work with economy 7 off peak charging. This has not been the case, my electricity bills since installation have been at the highest I have had and there is NO control over when the water heater will charge except to manually switch it off. I made a very costly mistake and will be making sure I go elsewhere for my storage heaters update.”
