“Very happy with the new heaters,that were installed in January 2017. Engineers that installed the heaters were efficient and very tidy,Minimum cleaning to do after they left. My only criticism was the instruction handbook. In my opinion was badly written,and in some cases the grammar was very poor.In the case of reprogramming the heaters,instructions were very poor. Thanks to Haley(Customer Services) she e mailed me a detailed instruction to reprogramme the heaters,which worked fine. Haley's service was excellent. Overall I am satisfied with the heaters.”

“I recently moved into a new flat and found that the heating didn't work and the part that was broken was discontinued. I then looked around for a new heating system and saw the advert in the papers and booked a sales rep to come round. He went through everything about the system,instillation and then measured all the rooms and went through what size heaters I would need for each room. Although it was more expensive than others, it was pointed out that they were german built and would be built once I placed an order and so would not be off the shelf. Also they came with a 10 year warranty which is better than others available. I then ordered them and they were fitted just in time before the really cold weather arrived(thank goodness). On the day of fitting they were here on time-9.00 am- and confirmed with me where the new heaters would be going, I did change one as it was originally placed in a not good position. Because I was replacing electric heaters for new ones the wiring was already in place. They then took off the old heaters and replaced them with the new ones. When they had finished they then went through the controls and set up all the controls for each room with me asking to make sure what times I wanted the heating to go on/off. They then cleaned up after them including taking the old heaters away. When they left it was just gone midday so they had only took 3 hours to complete the job. I can now wake up and come back to a nice warm flat-I have even had to adjust the temperature downwards! The only thing that I cannot comment on is the running cost as I only moved in July so have nothing to compare it with.”
“Heater looks good and works very well, I am very happy with it. Having a timer and thermostatic control means I never have to worry about whether it needs switching on or off. Fischer Heaters were recommended to me to heat my conservatory and I would definitely recommend them too.”

“I've been using my Fischer system for about two years and am extremely pleased with it's performance. Whilst not being the cheapest on the market the quality speaks for itself. The initial survey was excellent (hence my order). My only comment is that I feel the instruction manual could be a little more comprehensive. I have not had to contact Fischer re. any problems but would anticipate good backup should it be necessary. I am very happy with the system so far and would recommend it to any interested parties.”
