“Hi - I was disappointed when looking on your website initially, there was a pop-up offerring 15% off first order so I entered my information but no voucher or discount code was ever provided. I checked spam inboxes and evern tried registering a second time but nothing came through. In the end I purchased anyway but the lead-time was significant and then when the item arrrived the quality was a bit underwhelming. I was also frustrated that the frame came with corner mounting points rather than a central one and this doesn't work for the spot I intended to hang it. This detail should be communicated during the ordering process. Overall, I was disappointed.”

“I had a A2 photo printed and framed to gift my husband for our anniversary. Great to have the extra $15 off for new customers and used this. Unfortunately it arrived with the glass all smashed which I have contacted them about.
They were quick to rectify the issue, remaking the entire piece within a short time frame to ensure I had it in time for our anniversary, and personally hand delivered it to avoid any issues. Love the finished result”
“Several problems with this custom frame. First, it seems to have a warp in it and doesn't sit quite flush with the wall. Second, one of the mitred corners slightly split on the first day - it's not falling apart, but it's not what you want to see on a frame that costs a couple of hundred dollars. It looks like a $10 junk frame from kmart. Third, the "let's hang" mounting instructions are too minimal – phrases like "measure the distance between the dots" don't help when there are several dots on the mounting hardware (I measured the wrong ones and wound up with needless holes in my wall). Honestly, I wish I had just gone to a professional framer.”
