Lydaey at customer services provided a girsy class service and chNged the cbairs to the ones that we wantrd amd kept price the same even though these chairs where for a different dining table set The marble dining table and matching coffee table a d chairs all look great and are of very higj quality Stephen Woodford Green

I had some delivery problems but they were ironed out by Lindsay and my order was delivered at the time the delivery guys predicted. I was called an hr before delivery to say they were enroute. The delivery guys were professional and friendly and carried the heavy stuff to my room of choice. I would recommend Furvell as any problems you encounter they are dealt with. I am pleased with my goods and the price was very competitive. I will definitely buy again from Furvell. Excellent quality goods at reasonable prices.

First time using this company, was a bit unsure at first as I like to see my furniture rather than buy online. Bought a dining table and chairs, and got a free lamp table,. Got kept updated by phone and email about my delivery which was on time and delivered by two lovely lads. The dining set is absolutely beautiful and very good quality, would highly recommend Furvell furniture.

Still no item. No communication. I had to see where my item was as not even had a confirmation. Item apparently coming from supplier but given a vague date. Still no update over two weeks later. If item not here this week I’ll be seeking a refund. I ordered many items the same night I ordered from here, everything else has arrived! Poor service I’m afraid. Communication needs significantly improving

Marble Side tables. 2 tables ordered and delivered by Parcelforce. Based on this would never use Parcelforce. Express 48 took about 10 days. Tables themselves were good quality but one table had virtually no marble markings and we were promised a replacement which is yet to arrive

having to phone three times to see where it was, I kept being told that they were having trouble with their delivery company and that they would be sending it. I cancelled and still waiting for a refund. have ordered from a defiant company and it arrived within one week. would not be buying from Furvell again.

After speaking on the phone today with customer service from Furvell I am looking forward to receiving my items on Thursday. Had a little delay but everything has been resolved today and dealt with appropriately. Hopefully I can give a 5 star review of my Table and chairs and the lamp table on Thursday after it’s arrived.

The quality of the dining table and chairs is extremely good for the price, I can't fault it at all. Deliver was delayed due to a breakdown but we were communicated with really well and it was delivered the next day as promised, the delivery team were really helpful, especially as access to my house is quite hard. Only disappointing part is the free gift, it never arrived and when I emailed to ask why I was told it's because I never manually added it to my order....so if you want the free gift please make sure you manually add it

Ordered and had no communication so sent email asking about order and delivery, then when my item was due delivery, I then had to email again, to be told there had been damage in the warehouse and they couldn't fulfill my order. I just felt it was strange they didn't mention it the first time I emailed them which was around 2 weeks earlier. I was offered to see a replacement offer but declined due to the poor response from previous order and the time it took them to tell me about my order. I have revised my review as I received a phone call with a full apology on the lack of service I received. There has been changes within the company which they agreed were no an excuse for the service I received and agreed with the reason I wrote my review. I was certainly not expecting the phone call and must say it changed the way I felt about the company in general. I would certainly now after knowing the circumstances order again as I do think they were very genuine to their reasons and everyone deserves a second chance !!

Never received table as after being kept waiting for 4 weeks was told they had none available due to damage. Am still awaiting a r3fund 5 weeks later and it looks like I will have to go through PayPal. Response to emails (if they respond) is not within one working day. Very disappointed as was looking forward to hav8ng this table.
