“Ordered and had no communication so sent email asking about order and delivery, then when my item was due delivery, I then had to email again, to be told there had been damage in the warehouse and they couldn't fulfill my order. I just felt it was strange they didn't mention it the first time I emailed them which was around 2 weeks earlier.
I was offered to see a replacement offer but declined due to the poor response from previous order and the time it took them to tell me about my order.
I have revised my review as I received a phone call with a full apology on the lack of service I received. There has been changes within the company which they agreed were no an excuse for the service I received and agreed with the reason I wrote my review.
I was certainly not expecting the phone call and must say it changed the way I felt about the company in general.
I would certainly now after knowing the circumstances order again as I do think they were very genuine to their reasons and everyone deserves a second chance !!”

“|3 stars because they failed to deliver this on the day agreed, gave me a second day for delivery but would not give me a time stating that it was impossible because of the traffio, and when the deliver team called to tell the office that the delivery could not be made that day, the office failed to tell us meaning we waited at a building site until 7pm before assuming it was not coming. It came the following day without notice from the office, and then we found that the coffee table we had also ordered was not on the van but would come on yet another delivery, maybe the following week. They did however offer us a consul table which we accepted but was not ideal. Great furniture let down by an office that really has no idea how to get deiveries done on time and helping the customer plan their day rather than waiting all day for something that failed to arrive”

“Ordered in January 2024. To date I still have no product ? The dates I was given for pallet delivery by Lyndsey were uneventful especially as I took a day off from work. I took a subsequent day off and still no delivery. I was promised a call with a third ETA for delivery yesterday but received no call.
