“I'm relatively happy with the bed after it was assembled. That said, we had problems with shipping (6 boxes in all, 1 came 3 days later). The assembly wasn't great. Some instructions were missing (ie no discussion of what to do with the "biscuits") and some of the wooden slats were warped. The under bed storage parts list didn't match what was shipped (it said 32 black screws, there were only 16, instead silver flat head screws were included). The end result was the fit and finish wasn't great on the under bed storage. I see no reason why there couldn't have been a video to go thru the assembly.”

“I am so happy I found Get Laid Beds in my search for the perfect all-wood Queen size frame. The ability to customize the finish and leg style at an affordable price is amazing. The one star reduction is all instruction related. The drawing of the screw sizes were incorrect, showing the 50mm as the largest screw. The 60mm illustration and screws matched perfectly, but the 40mm illustration matched the 50mm. This unfortunately led to one screw coming through the front of a headboard section before I realized the error. The headboard boards were not predrilled which meant that I spent a lot of time figuring out where to position the boards with the upright holes. I ended up going for centered on the height of each board based on the online 360 view of the product. The other place where predrilling would have saved me a lot of effort was on centering each board horizontally. Making sure that everything was aligned side to side with an even margin on each side was challenging. Aside from the headboard the instructions and construction was straightforward and not too difficult for one person to handle with a queen size frame.”

“Honestly the worse experience ever. We've been told this would be easy to build with a screwdriver. We ended up buying an emergency electric drill to be able to sleep on the very expensive oak hard wood bed we bought. We ordered one drawer (under-the-bed storage) which is very poor quality, the finishing touches were awful and it wasn't fitting properly under the bed (but was rather "sitting" in the middle of the empty space under the bed, beignet way too small for it). Overall we paid a lot of money for a proper building nightmare and a disappointing custom-made storage. Go to IKEA, at least you know what to expect and you don't spend 6 months of savings in it.”

“I thought it'd be more challenging ordering a bed from the UK and shipping to US, but it was super easy. The boxes were thin, which make it easy to move around the house. Assembly was easy. Really happy with the purchase.”

“I was pleasantly surprised the entire process worked so well, especially since it had to ship to California. All aspects of timing, communication, & shipping were excellent. The bed itself is well-made & very sturdy. My daughter loves her new bed. It's a very good value & I highly recommend Get Laid Beds if their styles suit your needs.”

“The beds arrived within the promised time. They are very easy to assemble and seem very sturdy. They look great in my grandkids room. The only issue was that the white finish had some flaws; a few dents and small areas where the paint was either too thin or a bit blotchy. They are fine for my grandkids but I wouldn’t order the white finish for a guest room.”

“Had been shopping for a bed frame that would accommodate my adjustable mattress and base and had looked at numerous vendors. Naturally, ads for beds started popping up on my FB feed and Get Laid was one of them. Loved the look of the beds but was a little disappointed to see they were in the UK as I figured the shipping costs would put it out of my budget. Decided to get in touch with them anyway and I am so glad I did. Every one of the reps I spoke with were so polite and professional and tracked down the answers to all the questions I had. There was a sale going on, but with the delays due to time zone differences, the sale dates passed. When I was finalizing the order, I asked if they would honor the sale price and they did so, no questions asked saving me over $300. The frame would require some small custom adjustments to accommodate the adjustable base, so I was that surprised when they gave a delivery date right at two weeks out. And two weeks later, it was delivered. It was an easy build, fit the adjustable base perfectly and the look and quality of the bed is everything it is advertised to be. Thank you to everyone at Get Laid beds for a wonderful shopping experience! You guys rock!”
