I LOVE the castor oil stick, this is a life changer! So easy to use and no mess. Cannot stop telling clients and friends about these products. Cramp cream works great as well!

Unfortunately did not work for me. Smells great, love the feeling of the cream but did not do anything to actually relieve my cramps.

I was attracted to the cramp cream not only to help my aching ovaries, but also for my sore neck that triggers my migraines. Tiger balm is great and all at home, but it stinks so bad, it's embarrassing to go out. Also, I am not a fan of sprays. Sooo here it is, a cream that doesn't stink. Seal of approval from me.

I was skeptical at first but when the sample came, I tried it on my last menstrual cycle and was impressed. I usually use pain killers but I didn't take a single one. I think the cream probably works best for those who don't have severe cramps but I bought a full bottle because it's such a better alternative to traditional pain killers plus it works well enough.

I am so happy to have gotten this kit! I had never done a castor oil pack before, but have been researching ways to balance my hormones and came across this method. I have friends who use castor oil packs and note how messy it can be, so I’m so glad I invested in this kit. It’s easy to use, doesn’t make a mess, and is beautiful and calming aesthetically. I haven’t done a 30-day series yet, but have used it whenever I notice myself feeling hormonal during my luteal phase, and I am shocked how much this helps! I tend to feel grumpy throughout my luteal phase and find that I feel so calm after only 30 minutes into a castor oil pack. I don’t have cramps anyone (i found that drinking a pot of red raspberry leaf tea every day for about two years + psoas stretches addressed that!), so, now that I have a solution for the mood effects, my cycle has become actually a very pleasant and joyful experience. I’m so thankful to have this kit and to this company for making natural, non hormonal birth control solutions to hormonal health available and visible. Thank you ✨

I was excited to try this product as I have unbearable cramps on day 1 of my period but sad to say the cream did not relieve my pain as I hoped. I woke up 4am with awful pain and used this cream only as I had no other meds available and still took me 2 hours and an ice pack before I could fall asleep again. I was so hopeful but wouldn’t recommend this to anyone with major cramps as I still needed to get up at 9 and run to the pharmacy for Midol. I think most folks it works on must have medium to mild cramping. Hopeful they release something that supports fold with severe pain.

I’m so happy I stumbled across this brand because I’ve been in constant debilitating pain for months now due to endometriosis and this is the first time I can somewhat tolerate my pain. The cramp cream has been a life saver!!!

It works to an extent for me. It helps Relieve them somewhat for me but my cramps are just really bad so I think maybe I’m in need of something stronger.

I really wanted this to work for me, but it just didn't. I have adenomyosis and the kind of pain I get usually lands me in the ER. Understandably this cream can't help with that.

Tried the "free" sample that you only had to pay shipping for. I've always struggled with my cramps and thought why not try. After trying, I think I enjoyed it, without thinking it is revolutionary. It gave me not that much relief, but felt conforting. It doesn't get rid of the pain like the painrelief pills I take, but it felt like a nice cooling sensation. A bit like muscle creams? Noting the aroma was a bit too strong for me, it's not bad but hangs around like a perfume. Also transfers to your clothes.

Loving everything from Somedays so far. All of my items came quickly and look to be in great shape! So far, I've used the Belly Jelly and heatpad and really love them both. Looking forward to trying out the cramp cream and magic mud soon. 😊

This cream is effective! I have relatively mild menstrual cramps and using this cream helped me within 15 min. It was a relief. Unfortunately, my skin can be very sensitive and after 2 days of use, I started to develop a slight itch/rash, so I had to discontinue use. However, if you aren't as sensitive as me, I would definitely recommend you give this a try. I'll save the cream for any aches and pains that might arise.

I'm at a point now where I would buy any somedays product based solely on the description without so much as a fleeting thought regarding the value/effectiveness. I received a PMDD diagnosis late last year which has helped me take pain management steps with a little more intention (instead of just abusing Motrin on the days-of and hoping for the best -- spoiler alert; 'hoping for the best' almost always resulted in extreme cramps, vomiting and fainting). The cramp cream is a lifesaver -- even before my diagnosis, I had a small jar that I would use sparingly on my very worst days when pain relievers and heating pads couldn't make enough of a difference. I recently upgraded to the large bottle and have taken to just slathering it on guilt-free whenever it is needed. It's worth every penny. The effects are immediate; the cream leaves a relieving sensation of heat. It's most effective when you can place a heating pad on afterward, but I often work outdoors and I've taken to keeping some in my car on period days so that I can reapply it on my breaks -- even without the added assistance of the heating pad, it goes a long way to getting me through those first couple days when my body is having none of it. I love that the somedays marketing is designed to remind me of my worth. To remind me that spending money on the things that genuinely make me feel better is not unreasonable or cause for guilt. I've slowly extended my somedays purchase collection to include the cramp cream, raspberry tea, heating pad, After Flow oil, dry brush, and affirmation cards; I use them all. I've also found that the After Flow oil provides off-label relief for itchy mosquito bites! In a financial pinch, I would absolutely prioritize the cramp cream, but there are no bad somedays products as far as my experience goes.

The Cramp Cream is amazing! Smells great, absorbs quickly and I definitely feel the pain relief as well. I've used it during cramps and for other chronic pain areas, and it really helps for both!
