Allegedly the package was labelled and picked up on 8/01...to this very day, I have NOT received my sneakers. 1) how did I end up with your Co when I ordered from ALLBIRDS 2) where is my freakin order? 3) How is it, I'm told my order is in Germany

I placed my order on July 30th, immediately received confirmation, then a day later tracking information. The tracking information shows it has been sent to a FedEx facility on 8/1 and zero updates since then. I contacted them and was told I would get an update, but again nothing. Very disappointing. I will give them until tomorrow then will be canceling the order.

It is ten days since I placed my order and the shoes are not even on their way. I love the previous pair I had but I think it unreasonable to wait nearly two week. I haven’t even had any information from the company except to request a review! Sorry to have to post such a bad one but this is not acceptable.

I returned a pair of shoes on monday 04-07-2022, with the enclosed DHL retour label, but still have not received my money back. Concerns order GWEUEN53083. They are the Merino Wool knit I returned in the original packaging. Hopefully this will be sorted out soon !

These shoes were sold as cool and comfortable enough to wear without socks. I am afraid this wasnt true for me. I had a deep and painful blister on my heel after one hour of wear. I let the blister heal for two weeks then tried again with socks and a plaster on my heel, and got a blister on the other heel even with socks. The seam near my toes dug into my foot. They are also not cool. Sorry to be negative but this is what happened for me. I wish I had not bought them but cannot send them back as I have been wearing them

Had I not gotten stuck in Fiji for a month, I would have returned these socks. Your sizing is so far off! I wear EU39 and ordered 39. The socks I got were huge. My husband could probably wear them. I am very disappointed and would return them if I could.

Nach dem ersten waschen leider nicht wie versprochen. Die Schuhe sind total verformt und die Sohle löst sich vom Obermaterial, trotz pflegeleichtem Waschprogramm. Da können Markenhersteller nach der Wäsche deutlich besser abschneiden und liegen preislich im ähnlichen Bereich. Sehr schade!

The shoes are great. BUT it was a very unpleasant surprise to discover that the shoes have been all the way to China and back again before arriving here. I had the impression from your website, that the product was entirely European - made by an old family business in Austria - and this was the main reason I bought Giesswein. So in some sense, I feel cheated and I cannot recommend your brand over similar ones :-(

The unique fabric of the Merino shoes is produced – knitted and boiled in our textile production here in Brixlegg, Austria/Tyrol. The net product is therefore from Austria. The assembling of the components like fabric and sole as well as the supplies takes place in Vietnam. The reason for this is simply the great demand of our Merino shoes. Sadly we were not able to find any shoe manufacturer in Europe with the capacities to produce the requested amount that we need. I ordered some trainers on 26th may and as of today, 6th June I haven’t received them yet. They’re not even with the courier yet. It’s so frustrating as I ordered them in plenty of time for a trip away. So my score is based on the delivery of the trainers - I haven’t yet had the opportunity to comment on the quality of the product. Totally unacceptable.

Shoes were not matched. Plus, they felt uncomfortable. So I wore them in the house to break them in. The next day my muscle under my big toe was very painful and I am currently soaking my foot in Epson salt.
