“I ordered my Pyrahna Machno online, it was delivered within the time frame expected. Unfortunately, the boat had a badly dented nose on delivery. I called Go Kayaking and spoke to Andy who couldn't have been more helpful. I was offered another boat straight away but in a different colour or I could have a full refund as my original blue wasn't available in my size. I didn't want the colour available but Andy asked me to wait as he wanted to try speaking to Pyrahna direct to see if there was any possibility of me getting the boat I wanted in the colour I had picked. I was amazed and delighted to be told that he had managed to source me what I needed. I received the first boat on a Tuesday, returned it on a Wednesday and had my new boat delivered on Friday. This is the BEST customer service I have ever received and I am extremely grateful for the extra effort that the GO KAYAKING team put into getting me my Kayak. 110 % guys and thanks again I will be back for any future Kayaking needs as will my friends .”

“Visited store as novices to kayaking and needed advice about everything kayaking. If you are the same and are thinking about buying on the internet, don't. Go Kayaking are extremely patient and courteous and spend their time giving open and honest advice to help guide you through the maze of options. Would highly recommend. Let us try before we bought anything and honestly think we would have made expensive errors if we had tried to do everything independently. Thank you to the team.”
