I have bought a number of plants from them always well package so don't worry about what the plants
Will look like when they arrive as they will be excellent.
The staff are very helpful if you would sooner do your order on the phone a lot of big companies
Should take note as nothing is to much trouble.

We have now rolled-out our new cardboard/compostable, stronger packaging, to help protect plants during their overnight journey and we have had a very positive response so I am glad you've noticed the benefits. We are very pleased to say that we don't wrap our plants in plastic, meaning that the only plastic part is the pot, which can now be recycled or re-used in your own garden. Enjoy your plants!
“I ordered a Canna from Golden Valley, particularly having read very positive reviews about how well packed the plants were, arriving in very good condition. Unfortunately, my Canna was packed in a box that was too short for the plant's height and the packer simply closed the lid and broke the flowers that were above the box level. It arrived, bashed about and with no flowers surviving.
However, I rang the company immediately, and explained the situation and let them know that there was a problem with their Dispatch. I spoke to a very helpful lady, Nicola, and sent her a couple of photos as evidience. She was very apologetic and arranged a replacement to be sent out directly. She also followed up to confirm when the plan had been sent. I cannot fault her response and on this basis would shop with Golden Valley again, with confidence.”
“Whilst the plants were very good they were let down by the carrier who played basket ball with one box. The result was one trashed plant. This was however quickly replaced. Overall, excellent service and plants.”
