“The table and bench we bought is very well made and solid. It's one of those items of furniture that will outlast me and be handed down the generations. The wood grain and finish is top notch and the metal legs go perfectly with it.”

“I’m quite surprised this review request has been sent to me after the really bad communication I’ve had with Graham & Green recently. I paid for a sofa from the Bayswater store well over a month ago and was told it would take 2 weeks to be delivered. I never heard anything, not even a receipt was emailed, for a few weeks. I chased customer services on 3 separate occasions to find out when the sofa would be delivered and was told each time they would look into it and call me back but I never heard back from anyone. I chased again and spoke to a girl who did manage to call me back but said there had been a confusion with which delivery company they were going to use. She said the distribution company will be in touch but she doesn’t know when. I’ve heard nothing more from anyone! Very frustrating and certainly don’t plan on using G&G again for any of our interior projects. Looking forward to the sofa arriving one day!”

Sadly, the order was setup with the incorrect delivery method, which resulted in a delay processing this internally. “Hi, I sent an email before, here it is! I should have done this ages ago but I was taking a photo of the dog earlier, and I remembered reading somewhere that you liked animal photos featuring your products. Hello Fadi, Many thanks for adding a review but sorry to hear that you have had issues receiving your order. We can see that DPD delivered the order to your concierge at number 10 and left a note advising this. There is a photograph showing the parcel has been left with someone at concierge. “I've purchased a few things with G&G... One of my deliveries I thought I had something missing and emailed about it. I received a response quickly advising that one of my items was coming seperately ...as the email had advised. Oops :) I also purchased two kitchen stools - They are wonderful! “I love this business. The things I’ve bought are on good quality and arrive very promptly. I especially like the throws they have. I wish we had a store near where I live, but as we don’t online will have to do. They are also quick to reply if you have any questions regarding their goods.”
