“Leaking Vase.... I recently had an issue with a vase I had bought on line. The vase had leaked without me realising and so I wanted a replacement.. customer services were excellent and very responsive sending me a replacement vase immediately. Graham and Green provided a great service which was very helpful and understanding so thank you very much..”

“I am a regular customer and this wad the first time I’ve ever had to return or exchange anything from G&G so was unsure how to do it. I called and spoke to Natalie and she made the process very easy. Natalie ordered the new shade in the correct size and emailed me the returns label to send back the one I wanted to exchange. I have since received the shade and it’s perfect. Thank you.”
