“This was my first online order with Graham and Green. I loved the products available and found items I had not seen elsewhere. The website was easy to navigate and very attractive. My order came very well packed and within the expected timescale. I felt that I received good customer service and felt informed throughout. I was very pleased with the products I bought which all arrived intact despite being fragile. All in all a positive shopping experience. I recommend this company wholeheartedly.”

“I bought two York Natural Linen Arm Chairs from Graham and Green and was a little worried they wouldn't work as I bought them online. However they are so lovely and the quality is incredible. Also I was hopeful they would come in time for a certain date and requested that but so often one is left disappointed with deliveries these days. But in this case I was pleasantly surprised. The delivery company called me and told me the time they would arrive and they couldn't have been more helpful getting them into my flat well in time for the date I had requested.”

“I bought the bamboo candle holder which I absolutely loved in fact so much so that I bought 2 in quick succession ! I also bought a picture which was slightly damaged and not suitable. I am pretty much housebound but the G and G returns team were absolutely brilliant and arranged the whole collection and return for me. I love everything about G and G and the staff in the Bath store are lovely.”

“Excellent service and more importantly very helpful pleasant and efficient in sorting out after sales issue (as bench ordered was a different colour from one on website) . Wish more companies would provide this personalised service where a customer doesn’t feel stranded after sales . I will certainly be looking to buy more from here .”
