“I didn't like the texture when added to milk. Enjoyed eating the cereal dry with water. Felt full for up to 6-7 hrs after eating.”

“Honestly the best cereal I have ever had. Including any cereal I had pre-keto! I had the cinnamon one in a krave kit, and loved it so much I went on to buy both the cinnamon and the chocolate flavoured ones. They are prefect dry and a snack and with milk. They are not too sweet, and they soak up the milk just right!”
