“I want to recommend the magnesium spray. I bought it originally for my husband who get’s terrible restless legs at night. He sprays it on his lower legs and rubs it in. Voila ! No disturbed sleep. I have started to get painful knees and lower leg pain from osteoarthritis and I’ve sprayed my legs in the same way at bedtime. I’ve been blessed as well with pain free and undisturbed sleep. I’ve also now given it to a friend as a present. I would highly recommend it. Thank you for magnesium spray !”

“I've been using Harrogate Organics Magnesium spray for about six weeks now and I love it. I spray it on my feet and knees each night and have the best sleep ever. No restless legs and no joint pain. I've already ordered the twin pack for when my first bottle runs out! The customer service is also exceptional. My deliveries have arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. “Thought I’d try the magnesium spray from Harrogate organics as I have fibromyalgia with bad spasms in my back and a migraine sufferer, since using this spray the spasms have mostly disappeared, I just spray on the area bothering me, but every night on my inner elbow and back of my knees, migraine I just spray on my fingers and massage into my temple, delivery is really quick, packaged well and smells bliss”

“Having slept badly for many years with both restless legs and cramps, I cannot believe the difference this makes! I am still on my first bottle and spray it behind my knees and on my inner elbows. Received two more bottles today as its so good I really do not want to run out. I tried another magnesium spray years ago which did not work so I was quite sceptical about this one. However, I am so happy with this amazing product. I know people have different experiences with it but for me it worked on the very first night. Thank you Harrogate Organics. Its so good to have a decent sleep after all this time.”

“In short, I found this spray to be wholly beneficial for me ! It helped calm my hot feet which makes me restless, also I added a liberal amount to my knee as this has been giving me a hard time ! Slept so well ) I can’t even imagine being without it now. I have just received my second spray and the balm so will be trying that as well. “I had to wait a while to be handed a pre paid for order that was under the desk and ended up getting a parking charge. I bought the magnesium leg spray as a gift but unfortunately it burns her legs and she isnt able to use it.”
