“I would never order anything again from this company. We ordered chocolate covered strawberries for a birthday gift 5 days in advance, we stated delivery had to be before 9am and Noon and our confirmation stated the same timeframe. Never showed up on day we ask. We contacted Hazeltons and delivery company, Hazeltons was no help other than repeating they have no control over delivery times. It’s now days later and we don’t know where our perishable gift is. Of course when you call for a refund you get the run around from Hazeltons. Thanks goodness for credit card companies.”

I ordered a birthday gift for my brother and they delivered a broken cutting board and no balloon and demanded that I take photos and show them the broken board and that the balloon is missing. I had to ask my brother to take photos of the missing ballon (???) and customer service refused to issue a refund without photos of the missing ballon (???). It was ridiculous. They did nothing to compensate me for the errors and the time I spent trying to get a refund. Sadly, I neglected to read the negative reviews before ordering.”

2. The order was "damaged" on delivery.
3. After 45 calls and over 4 hours of wait time, I finally got to your wonderful
outsourced customer service team that did an awesome job (that's a joke).
4. I asked for a replacement instead of refund....instead you resent the damaged
packages that had rotten strawberries, dead roses, and chipped champagne
glasses. How classy of you!

It's a scam company. They paid a company in the Phillipines to top up their Google reviews and they got pulled down eventually and now they are doing the same here.

“My mother ordered a surprise package for me.
The delivery company HAZELTON'S uses didn't call me and notify me only hours later, and the package left in the entrance to the building.
Meanwhile the package was stolen.
I tried to reach HAZELTON'S customer service but was noted that customer is accepting the risk of lost and stolen gifts/gift baskets, and a lot more "explanations" it is not HAZELTON'S responsibility.

Sent the hamper miles away from the delivery address with instructions for the receiver to travel there and pick it up themselves. Gave us the wrong tracking particulars and when they eventually reimbursed us had the audacity to deduct the delivery charges. Never again.”
“Like others, my Christmas gift basket order was made weeks ahead of time. It arrived 6 days late, and was delivered in cardboard boxes just left in their carport. I honestly think the recipients too were embarrassed to tell about of the state of the contents. No heads up nor apology from the company. Also, the company didn't post my honest review. Their own website's ratings default to 5 stars, even if you pick a lower number. Take your business elsewhere!”
“I didn't get any fresh fruit flowers for my recipient it was wine and chocolate so it all arrived in good shape. I agree with the people that said you can't choose a delivery date because I wanted delivered the day before his birthday and it came sooner than that but that was okay in my situation anyway. I was confused about the price so they answered the emails that I sent promptly I would definitely order from them again the price for the wine trio gift basket was very reasonable free delivery I will definitely use them again”

“Well, this is my second review of this company since they removed the review I posted on their website. They passed the buck on everything. The pie was attempted to be delivered 3 days before requested, then wasn't delivered at all and none of the contact numbers were used to confirm the address, then delivered almost a week late. Not only that, the final pie that arrived was smashed and mouldy and cherry. It was an order for a pumpkin pie. Both the courier company and Hazelton's did not do the most basic elements of their supposed services: on time delivery and delivering the correct item in good shape.”
“Not sure what the bad reviews are about - my friend lived the basket and said the bouquet was beautiful and all the products were high quality and exactly as depicted on the website. Also very prompt and hassle-free delivery same day.”
