"This Company has no customer service or value for their customer. Their shipping terms are not clearly outlined, and they charge $18 to deliver a destroyed product. See the image below and they did not give me a refund for this. Save your time and money and go with a better Company."

"If there was a negative number, I could use it. I would rate their service the lowest possible. The baskets appear to beautiful on their website. However unless you pay the $150-$300 shipping fee for overnight or one day delivery (regardless of whether it\u2019s available in that location) they do not care what the status of the package is once it\u2019s delivered. I communicated by phone and email and they repeatedly told me that a ceramic planter was a perishable item. They didn\u2019t seem to care even when I provided a definition of a perishable item. The gift was totally ruined. Buyer beware!"

"I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the recent service provided by your company concerning my order for a birthday cake. The cake was ordered from Sri Lanka to be delivered to my daughter in Canada, and the entire experience has been utterly disheartening.\r\n\r\nDespite placing the order two days in advance to ensure a timely delivery for my daughter's special day, the cake arrived a full day late. This delay was unacceptable and significantly marred what was supposed to be a joyous occasion.\r\n\r\nMoreover, I was appalled to learn that the cake was simply left outside my daughter's home. Given the time-sensitive nature of food deliveries and the perishable nature of the cake, this was an egregious oversight. As a result, the cake was not in a usable state when it was finally discovered, rendering it completely unusable for the celebration.\r\n\r\nThis level of service is not only disappointing but also entirely unacceptable. Such an experience is not what one would expect, especially considering the reputation of your company and the fact that this order was placed from abroad with the expectation of reliable service.\r\n\r\nIt is disappointing to note that no courtesy call or message was provided during the delay, especially considering this was meant to celebrate a special birthday occasion. I believe that in a country like Canada, this level of service is completely unacceptable and reflects a significant degree of negligence in your delivery process."

"Did not send on date I requested so components compromised. As well they substitute for lower quality product than you paid for without your permission. Supposedly in the fine print. But they do not at least check with you first. I ordered Heineken and got labatts blue. Was embarrassing."

"I ordered a cake with flowers in a vase and balloon for my sister\u2019s birthday. I paid for the one day delivery however my item was delivered 3 days after. What\u2019s frustrating was, they only sent her the cake and it was already spoiled and damage!!! Very bad customer service too!"
