“Always good quality products with a wide variety of choices and weekly price drops to keep you interested. Delivery usually comes between 4-6 working days for me which i am happy about. Never had to return anything. Top marks 5 stars.”
“I’ve ordered twice now , had extra bud & pre rolls send with each order … around 10 days for delivery and it’s totally worth the wait … buds are lovely , compact and smell amazing … pre rolls are spot on to , I found they tasted better than the individual buds … I have MS and finding this company has been a game changer … highly recommend them”
“Attention to people that think about the health. Really disturbing on hempelf found mold on multiple buds, and I sent them msg about this showing the mold but they don't care. On exactly orange cookies buds

“Outstanding customer service. My package was lost in the mail and hemp elf went out their way to accommodate me. Replacing all lost goods and including some free goodies.
100% recommend”
“The products are of high quality. I especially like the cbd hash which I mix with a hot chocolate, tea or add it to the pudding. It gives a nice hint to the beverage or dessert and I feel relaxed afterwards. Good for an evening after a day of work.”
“A lot of positive reviews on their site may be fake.
Delivery was fast but disposable b vape lasted about two days with only 10-15 puffs per day.
Not good value for money”
“STAY AWAY. Brought the a big sample deal and 1 extra and was given 2 freebies. 13 out the 16 bags pretty much not usable. nearly all is really bad quality. The looks the smell the taste is really bad. I definitely wouldn't recommend wasting your money with this company. They are the middleman in-between growers and obviously don't get to see the product in person otherwise they wouldn't sell it.
And to be honest they don't seem to care. so alot of money wasted but a valuable lesson learnt.”
“I bought a disposable vape and it did not last even one day, even though I didn't use it much. The customer service said I used too much. I, then, bought a Dab pen and the expected item did absolutely not match the reality as the website described. The items were expencive and different from what the website shows which clearly has misleading informations. I contacted the customer service and they asked me to take pics of the single items. After that they say they cannot refund me because I opened the package. Such a joke.”
“Tried them for the first time during the 420 sale. Bought The Goods shatter. Amazing product and super fast shipping.
Thank you hempelf. So glad I found you”
“The GOOD - I will say that shipping was quite fast considering black friday/covid and the prices were good on Black friday deals. That's where my good experience ended using this company.
The BAD -
Might have to go to take Hemp Elf to small claims court to get my money back
I ordered a large number of concentrates - 15 in total
Upon receiving my delivery I found that:
1 of the items delivered was not something I'd ordered.
7 of them did not contain batch numbers or expiry dates.
13 of them had a faulty seal/opened already.
They didn't send me 1 product that I had ordered (I got an isolate instead of a wax)
They also referred to a different customer (wrote their name) within my email. This seems like a breach of GDPR
Upon contacting them via email, they apologised and asked for photo of the wrong product they'd sent me.
I sent the photo and they told me that because the wrong product was opened they could not accept it back, AND they weren't going to send me the product that they didn't originally send (even though I'd paid for it).
They offered me £5 credit to re-buy the product (which I'd already paid for, but they just hadn't sent me) which now cost £19.99 instead of the £5.99 I paid originally. This would leave me nicely out of pocket - Did they care about that? No.
With most (13) of the jars, the seal was not intact (When you unscrew the lid, because of a fault, the seal gets stuck to the insert within the lid which then unseals the foil seal). However I did not know this when I initially received them. Therefore unless you knew about this fault beforehand and unscrewed the jars abnormally slowly, there is no way to tell whether the jar has previously been opened/tampered with or simply a fault of the seal sticking to the lid insert.
I didn't get anywhere via email and I could tell from their second email onwards that they were going to be difficult due to the hostile tone. So I sent a firm email back to them – they essentially just said, £5 was all they could offer and would send me up the chain.
I then received a call from the compliance manager. This person couldn't hear me at all at the start. I had to call back 3 times before he realised that the volume on his phone was turned down – Not a good start, and only got worse.
He became rude & belligerent when I tried to state my case. Putting words in my mouth and telling me that they wouldn't send me the product I paid for because I'd opened the wrong product that they sent me. I tried explaining that while I had 'opened' the lid, because of the fault, the sealed also comes off, which clearly shouldn't happened. He then tried to argue that it wasn't a fault and that's just how it was. Sadly the compliance manager display Zero logic or common sense - when I asked him what happened with returned products and how the staff checked them if the seals come off with the Lids, he said that the staff know about it and open them very slowly and carefully. I, as a customer, obviously had no idea about the seal issue, so how was I expected to know to open it very slowly and carefully?
The compliance manager then said that I shouldn't have even opened the lid (I opened all the lids to check the seals) and that it's clearly written on the product that it's isolate (shatter) so it's my fault. While it is indeed written on the jar, the WAX and isolate jars and packaging are almost identical to each other - the only differences that I can tell is it says in small writing CBD shatter, where my product would have presumably said CBD wax.
I simply only saw which flavour of product it was (the flavour is in a font maybe 3 or 4 times bigger than the font used where it says 'shatter/wax' so easily missed, especially if you've never bought this type of product before - which I hadn't). When I opened the lid and the seal came off with the lid insert, only then was it clear it wasn't wax.
The compliance manager didn't care about any of that. In his mind; He was right and I was wrong.
At one point I started to mention that I'd ordered £160 worth of items from them but he interrupted me to tell me that lots of people had make big orders and then said something along the lines of why do I deserve special treatment. I told him I didn't, I just want the product that I ordered and I was only mentioning the amount of my order to say that I expected better service when ordering so much and there's an issue with a £5.99 product (they made it sound like I was trying to scam a free £5.99 product from them after spending over £160).
You couldn't make this stuff up!
All in all this is probably the worse customer service experience I've ever had from a company. Complete apathy and rudeness.
AVOID”
