“I rang hobbyco for a product I had been after for sometime the salesperson went out of his way to procure the product and it arrived within a couple of days . Which to me was excellent. Customer service was the best I have encountered.all other dealings with hobbyco have been ten out of ten”

“It took ages for them to ship out the item. After paying and waiting for over 2 weeks without any shipping/tracking info nor contact, I emailed them. I then got shipping notification a few days later. So basically they sat on my order until I contacted them! Not good enough hobbyco !”

“I placed my online order on 29th Jan. Heard nothing for 4 weeks so I emailed HoobyCo on 26th Feb and was told half of my items were now unavailable. I was offered a refund or to pick other items. A poor service to begin with but was followed by good customer service. I'm assuming my order went missing and nobody let me know until I followed up a month later.”
