“Order was placed and communication was excellent. Being close to Christmas, parcel was delayed and the team followed up immediately and lodged an enquiry with Australia Post on my behalf. I cannot fault their customer service and attention to detail.”

“Purchased the item while their webpage shows in stock, right away they sent through a order confirmation after I paid. After 10 business days I heard nothing from them so I called. Then I received an email saying that the item is out of stock. Excuse me??? Out of stock after 10 business days of purchase? Why didn't your customer service get in touch with me first? Oh sorry, these guys don't really care about the quality of their customer service. They probably had the item sold in their physical store first, then of course they cannot fulfill their online orders. No compensation for their own fault, just telling me that it is a system error. This is not the way to earn your customer's loyalty. I know your business is growing big, but I would rather support those small business which really cares about their customers.”

“Overall service from hobbyco was fine. The only issue is that the slot car set has a design fault where some of the cars are too wide for the loops. The red bull car especially hits the opposite side of the loop on entry which means you need to use it without the joiners. Doesn't seem to effect things too much though.”

“I visited the store in QVB and got some great advice about my intended purchase. When I ordered online the process was simple and the products I ordered were in stock. I was kept in the loop regarding delivery times and my purchsses arrived well before Christmas. Well done Hobbyco.”
