“I have ordered twice in as many weeks recently, I needed to chat with a member of staff on each occasion. They were helpful and responsive, even when I went 20 minutes over the next day's deadline of 3 pm, they assured me it would be ok. I ordered my second order, it was picked, packed, and shipped within 50 minutes and arrived on Saturday and it has not even been 24 hours since I placed that second order. The prices are very good too. So on current experiences I very highly recommend Hobby Workshop.”

“Shopping and payment processes were seamless, yet despite opting for 2-3 day delivery and paying accordingly, a week has passed and I'm still without my miniatures. The lack of updates has necessitated repeated inquiries on my part, and unfortunately, there's been no resolution in sight. While I acknowledge that Evri is the carrier, the staff's response has been lacking in empathy and understanding. It's frustrating to note that the website absolves them of any responsibility in case of courier delays, making refunds unlikely.”

“Fast delivery, great prices. Packaging could be better, paints loose inside along with a box of minis which had been slightly damaged from Royal Mail. Would still recommend quite highly.”

“The products received are great, however I ordered this with next day delivery on Wednesday evening wanting them by the weekend, however I did not receive this until Monday, i informed hobby workshop about this issue who said they would look into this and I didn’t receive any information about this. Very disappointing!”
