“The fleece jacket was nice. I didn't know their sizing is different from the US. When I got my jacket it was way to big. So I was going to return it until FedEx told me it would cost me 144.00 to return it. That was more then the jacket.. This store wouldn't work with me on the return, so know I'm stuck with a to large of a jacket. I was even going to get a smaller jacket but not now. I don't feel thats how you treat customers not helping them out. What is this world coming to. This company basically took my money.”

“Ordered some lovely long leather country boots, unfortunately they were obviously not fully waterproof all the way up rhe leg, astheyhad no gore tex or similar lining, although advertised as waterproof. Returned and refunded minus £4 return fee. Maybe a check os needed on yhe wording or descriptions? Surprised at the cost of return as most places send a pre paid return slip or barcode.”

“Looking for a flannel shirt I strayed across this beauty and thought I'd give it a try. I'm a largish guy as you can see by the size (between 3/4xl) and this was a generous cut. It is nice and warm as a stand alone or an overshirt. It's stood up well after a couple of washes, just wish I'd found it years ago! After this my go to flannel shirt felt so thin!! Looking to add another one or two to the wardrobe!”

“Thank you for exchanging my trousers. The ones received are " loose" fitting, as expected, but I can at least fasten the waist. I am still trying to figure out why there is such a difference in the fitting.!!! Regards. Geoff Edge.”
