“Delighted with my Holland's Country coat . Loved the colour, fit and length of the coat, the fact that it is waterproof and windy proof makes it ideal for winter wearing. The lining compliments the coat and makes it cosy.”

“I am delighted with the women's Jack Pyke waterproof trousers . They are beautifully made and fit well, and are warm and comfortable but not unwieldy to wear. They have had a good test of late! They came promptly and well package and the web site is easy to negotiated, thank you. I also bought a shoulder bag which is superb quality but I have used the bag yet as it has only just come , again most efficient in all respects !”

“Good service re:ordering but longer than expected wait for arrival of order,however, once contacted by me regarding the delay I was informed of the reason for this and from then on to delivery of my parcel I was kept informed and treated with courtesy, customer services were most helpful .However ,when jacket arrived it was too big and needed to be returned and the ladies in customer services were most helpful in their instructions on how to return the parcel and all was well.I have placed a new order with the company and have confidence that all will be well.”

“I ordered wellies. It stated 1 - 2 working days for delivery via Royal Mail Then when I processed order it said upto 8 working days. But I would have an e- mail when my order had gone to Royal Mail. Over 2 weeks later I had not received an e- mail regarding my order. The money had been taken from my account. I chased via E-mail and got a response 2 days later. Then 2 days following the e- mail Holland my Boots arrived.”

“I ordered a Didrikson coat, Holland took 27 days to post it! Unbelievable and Unacceptably slow. And they sent me a stupid promotionally mug to deal with. Not appreciated. If they want to give something, if rather have quicker deliveries and free returns. The coat itself was good, but next time I'd order directly from Denmark.”
