“Slightly slower to dispatch than I had expected. Orderd on Friday, I emailed to check progress on Tuesday and the reply rightly pointed out the dispatch stated at the time of ordering was 1 - 2 working days. I do however consider my query to have been made on the 3rd working day! Later that day an email arrived saying my order had been dispatched. Royal mail were unable to offer any information, saying check tomorrow, which means the parcel was not in their possession (as in not yet dispatched!). Next day I was able to get information and the parcel duly arrived by tracked delivery. Otherwise I am happy with Hollands and this small hiccup will not stop me buying from them again - I just know to allow a little extra time.”

“Products, from personal experience, are correctly advertised, customer service has been very helpful when needed and any returns have been turned around quickly for replacement or refund. Very pleased with Hollands.”

“This company offers a great selection of goods at competitive prices. The caveat to this is that the delivery/ turn around times are excessive even if you're paying for delivery rather than qualifying for "free" delivery. Our return has been an easy transaction so far, currently awaiting delivery of exchanged item.”

“Hi, looked good quality trousers but the size was not correct ordered 50" waist the label stated 50" when measured 36". Had to send them back and lost four pound on the return. Not a happy customer. Regards Mr K C Rose”

Hi Mr K, Thank you for your feedback. Apologies you had a problem with your item. The size ordered was 52. Unfortunately this is not the waist size, this is the EU size which the brand Harkila come in. We have provided a size guide on the item listing to confirm an EU size 52 is a 36" waist. To receive a waist size of 50/52", you would have needed an EU size 66/68. As there has been some confusion over the sizes I have refunded the £4 return fee, the funds should be back with you within 2-4 working days. Kind regards, Hollands
