“Great to hear that Customer Services are now prepared to deal with our complaint! Because for a week we had to call them everyday just to get a response, which amounted to "Nothing we can do, you should have checked the goods within 48hrs, if your not happy contact the Ombudsman" The reason we took so long to check the goods (Which we have explained numerous times) was because we were between homes in Manchester and Wales and had all our furniture in storage in Wales. We didn't expect to have to travel to our storage unit to check there were legs supplied with our £1500 order! It has now been 3weeks since we informed Housing Units of the omission and still "Customer Services" are dealing with it! How difficult is it to say "Sorry valued customer we will find you a set of legs or replace the bench and it will take X weeks to do that" We even wrote to your Director Mr Fox and haven't even had the courtesy of a reply! Regardless of whether we opened the package within 24hrs of dispatch or 24 weeks, the fact of the matter and the whole issue is that the product is not fit for purpose and its up to Housing Units to put this matter right as a matter of urgency!”

items ordered January, waiting for sofa delivery which was due end June
, delayed finally arrived in store today. Now told delivery not till next thursday
, i have no chairs having expected delivery two weeks ago being disabled this is extremely inconvenient. spoken to customer service a few times today and they tried to help but now say earliest might be tuesday next week but if not thursday. delivery cost £59 and i have to wait a week after having to wait for delayed item. i find it unacceptable not to be able to get delivery this week and having to manage on an uncomfortable chair for another week when if i had known i could have booked delivery in advance. At a cost of £59 i could hire a lift and shift to collect and deliver so i am sure housing unit with their own transport could sort this out.”
“HOUSING UNITS are misleading customers in order to raise cash. They are saying 2 week delivery on the website, take your money, then dont deliver. Then eventually refund you after many calls into complaints. I have raised an ombudsman complaint for them to investigate the viability of this company. AVOID AVOID AVOID.”
