For example, the last one was sea turtle Whoopie pies, so they could make it much more straight forward by saying "let's make the whoopie pies (turtle bodies)." And can we stop making frosting?!”
“The 2 kits I ordered took forever to get to my house. It took 3 emails and phone calls to try to find out what was happening. Customer service kept telling me that my email was very important and they would respond; they never did. After the third attempt, customer service emailed me back and included a telephone number which, theoretically, they would respond to. As I was about to call again, the boxes finally arrived. My grandson enjoyed cooking the volcano cakes. However, I was so frustrated by the lack of response from customer service that I doubt I will order from this company again.”
