“Items took almost a month to ship out. I contacted customer service and was assured they would be shipped out the next day. That did not happen. I will not order again from this company. * I marked over a week to respond to my email. It wasn't that long but you don't have a "more than a day" option. It goes from 6-12 hours and the next choice is over a week.”

“As of today I have received 0 orders. Have had to contact customer support by phone so many times to get 0 response. Finally posted an angry response on Facebook and got a message through messenger. Was told both orders were being shipped out. Had to follow up again. Now hit email saying order “lost in transit “ This was suppose to be for Easter and doubt I’ll see it by then. Had done a 6 month subscription but am thinking about canceling because I don’t want to have to track this every month. The website for “check your order” has provided zero help as well”
