I can’t even review about the product because I haven’t received it! Their shipping partner ACI can’t even get the package to USPS! Sat in IL for a few days to TX for a few days back to IL which it has been sitting for two days (I expect more). I live 4.5 hours east from the IL facility, why did it go to TX. It has been 10 days and I am expecting it will take 10 days more!

Ordered 1 kit on September 4th and I have yet to receive it. I’m sure once I do, the kids will love it. But the amount of time it takes from placing the order to receiving it is just insane. It is now September 22nd and it is still in Texas. I live in New York. I reached out to the company on September 12th because it was already 7 business days and it did not ship. They immediately marked it as shipped but didn’t actually ship the item until September 18th. Will not be ordering again.

While it’s a great concept, the execution is pretty poor. They only ship out once a month and always seem to be behind schedule. Our first month it got to the end of the shipping period and we still showed as not started so I reached out and then it was finally shipped a week late. Our second month they were still towards the end of the shipping period, but did mark our box for shipment. Then they sent it to DHL where it sat for a week and half. I reached out after 4 days and they apologized, but I’m now at 2 weeks from my box being late/shipped and customer service just stopped responding to me or providing updates. I also paid extra for another apron and neither apron arrived in the first shipment. I was told it would be included in the second, which has still not been sent (nor have they provided an update) to date. I had also gifted this to a friend so our kids could do their boxes together and they also have yet to receive their first box a month later. I wish I could get my money back. My kids were so excited and they’ve been so disappointed that the box hasn’t come. They keep asking when it’s going to arrive and I’m starting to think they just took my money but can’t actually ship out their promised product. Don’t waste your time until they figure out their supply chain and logistics.

I love the idea of the boxes plus the cuteness of them. But.... those recipes need to be rewritten. I get they are for kids but why have cookies with no eggs, vanilla? This makes them gross. If you want something that has the same appeal as these search online and replicate them with real food and real recipes. Reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because I like that it comes with the silicone molds, piping bags and a fun activity to do.

I canceled the subscription right after I received a renewal charge and haven received a refund for the renewal cost. When will I receive it?

I ordered 3 month subscriptions for both of my grandchildren at the same time. One received two packages so far. The other child has not received any. I have emailed and left messages but have gotten no response. Very disappointed in the customer service.

I have had problems from my 1st order( items were missing out of my box). I still haven't received my April order yet. Today is April 14, 2025.

Shipping is very slow. They use DHL shipping. On top of that for some reason it seems like for my last box they packed it, created the label and let it sit there for more than a week before even shipping it out the door, in fact it still hasn't shipped and we are at 14 days into the month. Therefore my Easter Cupcake Box won't get here anywhere close to in time for Easter. So if you want a specific box order it 2 plus months ahead of time because everything with them just takes forever. On their website it states the best way to contact them is through email. I sent and emali and got an automatic reply stating the best/fastest way to reach them is by phone, yet the website had no indcation of a phone number to call. So far I am not overly impressed. It's difficult to look up an real status on your order.... all it says is fufilled yet my item still hasn't shipped how can it be considered fufilled? Tracking information is not provided in your account online either, you just get a separate email.

The kits are too complicated for a 3 and 5 year old. I can't imagine that and 3 or 5 year old would be able to pour melted chocolate into molds, fill the molds with powdered chocolate and then seal them together with more melted chocolate without hurting themselves. These kids might be appropriate for 10 to 12 year olds. The kit is still in the cupboard. I will save it for another day and let them watch me do it. I did include a picture of the pancake kit that we made. Again ...working with a hot griddle is not something I would allow the three and five-year-old to try.

Not a fan, tasks were complicated for younger kids. Also, my subscription renewed with no warning. Reached out to support to cancel and refund, waiting to hear back.
