“My experience of the inky shop UK was positive - great service, exceptional follow up and support. However, I found the pens to be too leaky - too much ink transference for me, hence I haven't reordered.”

“Quality materials alongside quality customer care. Not only ordering stuff is so easy. I lost so connector pieces to my graphic wall. Inky thinking gos those replacesment parts to me quickly and free of charge! Fully confined that they can meet all my Graphic recording / facilitation requirements in on place.”

“Excellent, prompt and friendly team who go out of their way to make sure the correct materials are delivered quickly. Any questions are followed up very quickly by e mail and phone. I felt very well looked after as a customer. Really easy to navigate the shop and put in an order. I live close to the shop so get to visit and see the stock cupboard - hurrah! Always a pleasure to say hello to the Inky Thinking Team”

“I bought a Neuland Graphic Wall in July 2023 on the Inky Thinking birthday sale. I am delighted with the Graphic Wall. It is brilliantly made and designed, But the best part was dealing with Tom and Esther. What lovely people! Btw, I could only find a close-up photo of me working on the wall.”

“I have used the Inky thinking shop regularly over recent years and with every transaction I have been delighted with the service I have received. Esther has responded quickly and helpfully each time I have asked for support. This has included; rescuing me when my order from Nueland HQ had got stuck at customs and I need the order urgently. Ordering sets of casters for my graphic facilitation walls even though it was not an item they stocked. I am now able to wheel my wall around a venue so it is in the right place at the right time! I know that the quality of Nueland products is outstanding, to have a supplier in the uk who is reliable and supportive just makes it even better.”

“I'm like a kid in a candy shop when I go into the Inky Shop. I WANT EVERYTHING! The products are top notch, I'll be using Neuland pens till the day I die. Literally, they're refillable. Service is great, delivery fast the only thing they can't do is give you magic drawing powers but they're probably working on that.”

“As a big Neuland marker fan, I was glad to find out that The Inky Shop offered the products in the UK, saving me the import tax! I recently ordered extra Neuland markers and refills and was really impressed with the excellent personalised service provided by Tom and Esther. Not only did they go out if their way to help me, but the order also arrived really quickly! All in all a well deserved 5 stars ⭐️!”
