Beautiful urn shipped right in time. Lid was a little off-fitting so a new one was immediately made and sent out. My family said they’d never seen anything like it and that it was the prettiest urn they had ever seen

I have used In The Light Urns on two occasions and have had a good experience both times. I purchased memorial bracelets that were engraved and held some of my pets ashes.The service was excellent and I was very satisfied with the merchandise. I would highly recommend In The Light Urns

The USMC Eagle cylinder keychain is exactly what I was looking for. My grandson asked if he could have some of his grandfathers ashes and this caught my eye. My only suggestion is to have a foam cushion for the cylinder to lay in, in case it isn't used on a keychain.

I was very pleased with my brother’s urn. He loved the railroad . I found an urn with the Union Pacific which I think he would like.

The Peaceful Pillow Water Urn I ordered originally arrived with a slight misspelling of my mom’s last name. Out of respect for my mom, I wanted it fixed. I initially tried reaching out via email with no response within a few days so I tried using the online form but kept getting errors. One phone call to a very friendly & empathetic customer service rep (David) and my issue was resolved. I received the corrected product and am relieved that it was expedited so I have it in plenty of time for my cruise & burial at sea. Thank you for your care & concern!

Could not have asked for a better experience, given the circumstances. We were treated as people and given compassion. When part of our order was back ordered, they sent everything they could, and included a hand written note to let us know the remainder would be sent as soon as possible. They overnighted it to us soon after. We greatly appreciated the customer care.

Although the pillow urn arrived a day later than I expected, it was perfect. We waited a long time to deliver my father's ashes to the Navy, and the experience was better than expected. The officials didn't require any of the extra information "In The LIght Urns" provided. Thank you for providing a quality product.
