“Perfect in every way, My Brother-In-Law had never shown me, But somehow I knew this would be the one. Being a Saints fan, this was the perfect urn for him, I messed up and somehow ordered the Steelers. I contacted In Light Urns and explained what I had done, and without a second breath, I was told not to worry, and that they would ship me the correct helmet and assured me that I would have it on time, and they were also sending a prepaid return label for my mistake. These are definitely the people you want to deal with, as they really do care about you and your loved one”

“Unfortunately, in the last 5 years, I have lost 4 close family members and have/am purchasing many keepsake urn items. Service and quality have been excellent. The one disappointment is the discontinued vendor of one item in particular that I wanted to continue using. It's too bad another vendor of the same item could not have been located.”

“An excellent experience with In the Light Urns. I communicated some specific requirements I needed to meet for a burial at sea from a cruise ship and they were so prompt and helpful in meeting them. The printing that was done on the top of the urn was perfect.”
